MyPublisher.com offers unique software that lets people create their own photo books, greeting cards and calendars. The goal was to help evolve the identity of the overall brand, craft a unique brand voice and increase their visibility across social networks.
We did a major site redesign to create a better
overall user experience. Pastels and linen textures were added to offer a more relaxed tone. We brought in vibrant photography, full of humanity so the customer could see themselves in the products.
The voice became emotional and honest.
Never cliche, but always unexpected.
Their main communication with their customers is via emails. We took a more graphic approach and also shot their all products through a more romantic and heroic lens.
Red, white and sterile. Plain with no graphic elements to communicate who they were as a brand and did not help differentiate them from the competition.
Sometimes playful and cliché, other times direct and overly promotional. No singular voice.
